Set up and take down of the fair. Ringing up students, staff and families during the fair. Assisting students during classroom shopping times to pick out a good fit book they are excited about!
Time commitment is 2hrs time slots during the event. Morning, afternoon, evening, & weekend options. Held both fall and spring.
Assist in setting up and tearing down of event. Opportunities covering a food and/or activity booths. This event typically takes place towards the end of the school year.
Setting up and tear down of tables, snack and drinks (lemonade & water) provided to families. Picnics are grouped K, 1st & 2nd, 3rd & 4th. Time commitments is 1-2hrs during each picnic. These events take place at the beginning of the school year.
Ensure student to photographer is running smoothly and all are happy and smiling. Retakes may include pick up and drop off of students to and from their classrooms. Time commitment ~2hrs.These events typically take place in the fall.

Planning of theme, assemblies, soliciting prizes from local businesses, tracking of student minutes read, & potential for helping with winning classroom parties. Time commitment includes planning meeting solicitations early fall, busiest time is closing week. Takes place in fall.
The Somerset silent auction is an adult-only social event and the school’s annual fundraiser. Donated items, services and events are auctioned off to raise money for the school. 100% of the proceeds are used for educational and enrichment programs, resources and equipment for the students.
